We wouldn't like if we download an archive to find that the file we are looking for is not there. It is also such a waste of bandwidth and time to download a whole archive just for a single file.
LoadScout 3.0 lets you preview the contents of an Archive before downloading. You can even download a single file from the archive.

Steps--->
1. Open up LoadScout and hit the OpenUrl Button.
2. past the address of file you want to download.
3. Press OK, it will show you all the files.
4. Now just right click on file you want to download and click extract .
